After I filed this hate crime report at your office, again I experience hatred in Augusta, GA.

`1, I was arrested and held on an invalid accusatory, brutally beaten on camera at the V.A.M.A. Downtown.

2. As result of hate crime in Florida, my VAMC medical records were sent to Georgia, where I never received any medical services as promised, never any travel pay and if you understand 5 U.S.C. Veterans Transportation Reimbursement Agreement - not payment to veterans no more Union period. All V.A.M.C. have been dismantled  granting all veterans CHOICE CARE. Meaning if there is no V.A.M.C. Hospital within 34 miles radius the VET can go to a physician of choice.

3. VHA is the biggest Health Care Agency in the World.

How if works? 

Medicare pays 80% of healthcare cost at Medicare Rates.
Medicaid will them pick up the other 20% at Medicaid Rates

Medical Bill $10,00
Medicare 80% so you services Mr. Bug Shot is $5,000 in an extreme case of luxury. Mr. Big Shot found out Medicare do not cover 18 ct Fronts
Medicaid pay up it 20% in this case which for a Bi Shot is very Extreme,
'$10,000 - $7,000 = $3,000 
The Quality Care of V.H.A. exceeded the $3,000 which all the gold, plus weed to recover and some after care not cover under Medicaid or Medicare.
