Brig. Gen. John W. Moss reduced to Cool. Full Bird, restricted Duty and the held at
917 S. A. Ave, Avon Park, FL in Zulu Hood Zone 1 of Locale 31.
His duty assignment is the capacity of Head of Landscape. Any property he maintains may be helpful and may be kept in his quarters location.
As a Col. He carries the title or prefix Representative and is the be attached to the NAACP of which these quarters are placed under and managed for. Due to seriius security issues, he is to be placed under Homeland Security Protection details and is complete his report and have it forwarded to INTEL.
Due to the nature of his covert status pending the conclusion, he is to be Executive Clemency and as an Officer and in active status, he is under the UCMJ and do not answer to the USC or Statutoary law of the nature of Locale governance.
An exchange of keys are to be made upon his arrival no later than 1700 hours on Tuesday 26 March 2019 or 61 ABC.
