State of Florida V. DBA Jesus Christ is about State Rights. Arrest after false arrest and Baker Act after unlawful
Baker Act.  They claims I Ascond or escape when they could not convict me.
This hearing is unconstitutional.  A competency hearing for an invalid accusary and a mesdesmeane?
Why?  He must have me check in with him?  This is illegal and there iis no excuse for purjury under the law.

1. Slavery begun in New Amsterdam and when the British concurred Holland they changed the
name to New York City. Slavery is Unconstitutional, but not for the reason most think. In
understanding basic systematic protocols, Master to Manager to Supervisor to Slave, meaning at
this point it is to do what you are told. A Slave. But the Transatlantic Slave Trade is really the
Chattel Trade. Just because my job is to do what I AM told do not make it constitutional do not
mean you have the right to own me for food because you eat people.
2. Abolitionist Movement. Moot. Why? Slavery was never legal in terms of ownership of Chattel.
3. The Fugitive Slave Act. This is what state rights is all about. The right to hunt you down for
running or leaving a plantation due to being a Slave?
4. The Underground Railroad. A ploy to have dumb fools run to their place on someone dinner
plate?
The controversy is, John Jay and crew, drafted the fugitive slave act and all the Union and Confederates
agreed, we can be used for Chattel but the South said they had the right to own slaves and work them
to death, but the Northern states said, slavery is unconstitutional but once they are dead we can eat
those niggers.
Many black folks ran off and was tracked down or got with the underground railroad and who knows
what happened to them.

This makes the Union a bunch of slaves.
