6. Clemency from Gov. Lawton Chiles makes it clear, I had the right to due process in the State of Florida. I was not given Miranda Rights and was Baker Act in the state of Florida at least 40 to 50 times and Baker Act is unconstitutional, because it does not recognize Due Process of the Law.
