Rights & Right to Practice Law & Fraud
- 917 S.A. Ave is the Grand Lodge of the Pride of Avon Local 462 and I AM the Chaplin and Roberts Will made me Secondary Agent and not Ella Williams. Both Documents was witnessed by David F. Lanier
- 919 is the Easter Stars Lounge – Fraud who is Geraldine Warren? And how did Lois Catlin sell it to Fogle before the ink dried? This belongs to Pride of Avon Local 462.
- 935 South Delaney Ave – Fraud – Again who is Geraldine Warren and how did this property cease to belong to Blond Eva?
- 923 S. A. Ave – Order of ZEWS – Not pride of Avon. a. Is either a Condo or two family dwelling. It has to water sewage lines. It was zoned into a Condo. Regardless, the issue is Fair Housing Rights. How can you deny a person the right to go home? It is the business address of Jesus Christ, INC, and the residence of the Rev. Frank Paul Jones – Messiah. Furthermore, 923 S.A. Ave – Falls under the criteria of religious properties. Order of ZEWS is a religion – not to be confused with a Church or congregation. But the Doctrine Congregations are to follow. The 2nd Amendment – Separation of State and Religion applies.

- Clemency from Gov. Lawton Chiles makes it clear, I had the right to due process in the State of Florida. I was not given Miranda Rights and was Baker Act in the state of Florida at least 40 to 50 times and Baker Act is unconstitutional, because it does not recognize Due Process of the Law.
- Remember a Competency evaluation in a misdemeanor case is not an option under Florida Statute. Why? The nature of the charges is not serious.
- My degrees in business management and Legal Studies, my ordination as a Reverend – makes it clear I have the right to practice law – In due Diligence. And my competency is not a question of this court. The question of law is restitution by statutory law.
Rev. Frank Paul Jones
